“I chose ISP to do our piling at the Gold Coast International airport because it had to be done right without the risk of failure. Their price was slightly more expensive that the other quote but I could tell from their proposal letter that they were probably a more professional outfit. When they started onsite it was easy to see that they were as experienced and professional as they had promised. We encountered a range of geotechnical challenges on the site as the work unfolded and each one was solved quickly by the ISP on-staff engineers so there was no delay in waiting for a consultant. The onsite guys were a pleasure to deal with and they delivered the work on-time and on-budget. In the end, working with ISP was probably the most cost-effective package we let.”

We build luxury homes. Our clients are spending a lot of money and they expect uncompromising quality in the finalised product. I worked for the Master Builders Association for many years and know that foundation problems are a major area of building disputes so when I had to do screw piling I couldn’t take a risk with a backyard operator. I went to Instant Screw Piling’s office to check them out. I found that they were a small but efficient operation and seemed be striving for a level of professionalism just like I do. When it came to tendering the job, I was able to work with ISP’s engineers and estimators to give my clients a couple of costs options on the screw piling before we started. Because of this prior planning in managing my risk I am pleased to say there was no cost over-run.. I also found that ISP performed to the high standard they had promised.
