David Kelly has worked in the construction and development industry for over 29 years. He holds the following qualifications/registrations:

• Bachelor of Engineering- civil / structural
• Board of Professional Engineers Queensland (RPEQ)
• Registered Master Builder – commercial and residential
• Carpentry trade qualifications

This unique combination of skills has enabled David to look beyond providing standardized solutions needed in construction and development projects and deliver authentic solutions.

An excellent communicator, David has a demonstrated ability to deliver project outcomes by working with stakeholders and forging satisfactory resolutions to the benefit of all concerned.

David has completed construction projects in all Australian States and Internationally. In 2006 he sold a construction business that was the industry leader in its sector.

David then worked Internationally in the investment banking sector developing several international projects.

David Currently is the consulting development manager for one of Australia’s largest companies with over 270 sites operating in the motor vehicle industry.

David Develops his own property projects the most recent of which is 11 townhouses in Annerley Queensland. www.luxeannerley.com.au

Personally, David is the father of 3 beautiful young ladies , competes in Ironman Triathlon races and loves salsa dancing !
